We’re building a girls program for ages 10 to 18 — focused on mental health, self-worth, and real-life readiness. Just like our work with the boys, this space will offer structure, mentorship, and exposure — but tailored to the unique challenges young girls face today.

We’re calling on women in the community to help lead the way. Whether you’re a mentor, volunteer, or business owner, your presence can plant a seed that lasts a lifetime.
Community
Fitness Trainings

Our fitness trainings are open to the entire community — men, women, youth, elders — everyone. These sessions are designed to build strength, boost wellness, and bring people together through movement. They’re held on a pop-up basis and announced as scheduled.
